UFULU CHILD — TERMS OF USE / PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Ufulu Child — Private Membership Agreement
By accessing this website, making a contribution, or engaging with any materials, you are requesting membership in Ufulu Child, a Private Expression Association and integrated auxiliary of a 508(c)1(A) church.You agree to the following:
1. Private Membership
This is a private association between members operating in the private domain.All interactions, contributions, and exchanges occur within a private membership context, not a public commercial transaction.By engaging with this association, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
2. Educational & Informational Purpose
All content, materials, and communications are provided for educational, informational, and expressive purposes only.Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.You accept full responsibility for your interpretations, decisions, and actions.
Ufulu Child makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or interpretations derived from participation or use of its materials. You acknowledge that any actions taken are done at your own discretion and risk.
3. Voluntary Participation
Your participation is voluntary and made of your own free will.You affirm that you are acting in your private capacity and not as an agent of any government, regulatory body, or external entity.
4. Contributions & Fullfillment
Any payments made are voluntary private contributions to support the mission and expression of Ufulu Child.No goods or services are sold.As a gesture of appreciation, contributors may receive access to materials, including but not limited to publications, early releases, or private communications.Contributions are non-refundable except in cases where Ufulu Child determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.Ufulu Child intends to provide materials, including physical and digital items, within a reasonable timeframe.You acknowledge that delivery timelines may vary and are not guaranteed. Ufulu Child is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Ufulu Child is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Personal Responsibility & Liability
You agree that Ufulu Child, its creators, and affiliates are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use or interpretation of the materials.You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Ufulu Child from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your participation.You agree that you are entering this private relationship knowingly, willingly, and of your own free will. You affirm that you are acting in your private capacity as a private individual, not in any public or corporate role.No Agency Representation: You affirm that you are not acting as an agent for any government or regulatory agency. You understand that any misrepresentation constitutes a trespass, making you liable for $1,000,000.00 plus $100 per minute.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ufulu Child and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in this association or use of any materials.In all cases, any liability shall be limited to the total amount of contributions made by you to Ufulu Child.
6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
You understand that participation within this association is between private individuals only. You agree that all information and materials shared—whether written, digital, visual, or spoken—are private, confidential, and intended for members only.You agree not to reproduce, distribute, forward, publish, disclose, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any materials or private communications without prior written consent.All materials shared within this association—including but not limited to written content, concepts, frameworks, recordings, and publications—are the intellectual property of Ufulu Child or its contributors and are provided for personal use within the context of this private association only.You acknowledge that confidentiality obligations remain in effect during membership and for a reasonable period of two (2) years following termination of membership, and that all intellectual property protections remain in effect indefinitely, regardless of membership status or termination of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of Nature and Nature's God in accordance with Universal Contract Law.Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through private, good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, they will mutually agree upon a single, neutral third-party arbiter. The arbiter's decision will be final and binding on both parties, and the costs of arbitration shall be split equally, unless the arbiter awards costs to one party. Both parties expressly waive their right to a court trial.
8. Membership Termination
You may withdraw from this association at any time. Your membership may be revoked by Ufulu Child for behavior that is abusive, disruptive, or misaligned with the purpose of the association.You agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Ufulu Child.You agree that this Agreement is not assignable by either party, and that neither party may delegate its duties under this Agreement without prior written consent from the other party.
9. Entire Agreement & Severability
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Member and Ufulu Child. It may be amended only by written notice from the Association to all Members.If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, so as to best produce the original intent and purpose of this Agreement.
10. Acceptance & Modification
By engaging with this website or making a contribution, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Private Membership Agreement.Ufulu Child reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time.Continued participation or engagement following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.If you have questions or concerns about our Privacy Policy, please contact us through the contact form.
